Between Bellagio and Como in the tranquil lakeside town of Lezzeno with a beautiful view of the lake, the Villa del Balbianello on the peninsula of Lenno and the mountains of the western shore. The name is reminiscent of the popular Lombard crotti, grotto eateries wrested from the rock. In the neighbourhood there are old fishermen's houses and dwellings in traditional construction with panoramic balcony on the lake side and terrace with cafe table enclosed and garden in the entrance area of the holiday flat. Above there is a shared garden with deckchairs.
The deckchairs can be used in the garden or on one of the neighbouring, free lakeside terraces or on the lake, depending on the position of the sun.

Your holiday flat is only a few metres from the shore and the beaches.
Approx. 50 m away is the water ski school with pool, restaurant and hotel rooms.
Upon request and entrance fee, you can usually use the pool.
An insider tip for Italy lovers who like to live in an authentic environment. The village of Lezzeno has preserved its originality and simplicity over the years and guards many treasures.
Active and passive sports enthusiasts will enjoy the popular water ski school, which also offers wakeboarding courses and other water sports.
The location is also wonderful for hikers, mountain bikers and cultural travellers, situated on the southern part of the lake close to attractive towns such as Bellagio and Como, you stay in a great starting position.
The friendly landlords run an original beach restaurant on the beach near Villa Melzi in Bellagio.
There is a private parking space for your vehicle above the house.c

Lezzeno: Municipality east of Bellagio over seven kilometres in length and consisting of 17 hamlets. Lezzeno is considered a paradise for boat lovers and water sports enthusiasts.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
