This modern country holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the countryside above Colico.
The property is on the edge of the forest, the nearest neighbours are away, you are completely undisturbed.
You have enough space to relax and play in the garden, the choice between covered terrace and balcony.
A highlight is the modern garden kitchen with charcoal grill.

The property is completely fenced in by a 1.30 metre high wooden fence with wire mesh.

You enter the house via the spacious kitchen with dining table and access to the balcony.
There is a fireplace set into the wall with glazing to the kitchen and living room.
The kitchen leads into the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace. A special highlight is the large window front with great views of nature, mountains and lake.
From the living room a staircase leads downstairs.
Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed as well as the twin bedroom with room divider and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The washbasin is open in the hallway.
Next to the entrance area, another staircase leads to the upper floor with bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed as well as bathroom with whirlpool bath.

Numerous bathing possibilities with partly sandy beaches are to the north as well as to the south at the bay Piona, in Colico, as well as untouched beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surf and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, electric motorboat rental are in and around Colico.

The holiday home is located at the foot of Monte Legnone and is a good starting point for walks, hikes and mountain biking. The mountain road is one of several hiking and mountain bike trails up Colico's local mountain.
The house is modern but cosy, bright, friendly, built and furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality, natural materials.
In particular, the large, well-equipped kitchen and the living room with panoramic window invite you to relax with family or friends at any time of the year.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
