The Girasole holiday home is the middle part of the 3 comfort holiday homes in the mountain village of Vercana above Domaso, in a picturesque village on the upper western shore of Lake Como, 3 km from the lake. A breathtaking panorama on a sun-drenched hillside stretching south of the lake, contrasting with the majestic surrounding mountains, makes this charming village with a Mediterranean climate a place suitable for a holiday at any time of year. Above is the Collina residence, the garden, children's playground and hobby-game room can be shared. On the lake side is the partially covered terrace with large barbecue and dining table set and deckchairs.

Domaso: Old fishing village with picturesque alleys, long promenade, beautiful beaches and a good offer of water sports. The municipality consists of two parts separated by the Livo River. To the north is the marina, waterfront promenade, beaches with numerous sports and play facilities. To the south is the waterfront and the old fishing port. The old town hall Villa Camilla is often the centre of beautiful events for the whole family.

Consumables and services

All energy and heating costs are charged according to consumption and are to be paid on site.
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
