Welcome to the NEST holiday home – a charming eco-chalet on Lake Como.
High above Lake Como, in the upper part of the picturesque mountain village of Brenzio at the northern tip of Lake Como, this idyllic wooden chalet with a tiny house feel is surrounded by unspoilt nature. Surrounded by meadows and old trees, it offers peace and privacy.
From its own garden, the fantastic lake and mountain panorama is fascinating, and not only in bright sunshine. When fog rolls up the slopes in spring and autumn, the full magic of this wonderful place unfolds up here.

Built in 2018, the chalet is lovingly designed and ideal for couples or small families. The private garden offers impressive views of the lake, the mountain peaks opposite and the nearby Valtellina – ideal for relaxing in the sun, picnicking in the shade or simply taking a deep breath.

The house is located on a slope and extends over two levels. The entrance is via the patio door above the living room. On the upper floor, there is a terrace with a dining table and deck chairs, as well as a wonderful view of the garden. A barbecue is available.
The approx. 200 m² garden offers plenty of space for relaxing and playing.
The spacious, 3-sided fenced natural garden with old trees invites you to relax with a picnic table and offers a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from up here.

The entrance is via the patio door. You enter directly into the open-plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. A staircase leads down to the basement bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

A separate room with a washing machine and dryer is located in the basement, which is accessible from outside. There is also space here for bicycles.

The chalet benefits from its bright, contemporary furnishings: small cupboards, shelves, sideboard and coat rack offer practical storage space.
A house for nature and design lovers who want to enjoy peace and quiet, fresh air and breathtaking views in a stylish ambience.

In Gravedona on Lake Como, you will find flat, child-friendly beaches with sweeping views to the south.
At the mouth of the river, there is a small lido with a kiosk and toilets.
The location on the mountain is ideal as a starting point for hiking and mountain biking.

The location is ideal for walks: whether searching for chestnuts in autumn, hiking in the surrounding forests or simply enjoying peaceful strolls through nature.

At the same time, the small village of Brenzio is only a few minutes away and boasts a charming trattoria – offering the perfect balance of tranquillity and comfort.
The surroundings can be enjoyed in peace and quiet, especially in the early season. If you fancy a change of cuisine, Trattoria La Fattoria is just a 5-minute walk away. It is a popular meeting place for locals, visitors from the lake and Milanese alike – pizza and pasta fans come from far and wide.
Brenzio is a picturesque village whose old walls are increasingly being put to new use. The small but fine Trattoria La Fattoria by the church – just a 5-minute walk away – is the culinary centre of this community of just under 40 souls. An alimentari can be reached on foot or by bicycle in Stazzona (approx. 3 km), while supermarkets, a pharmacy and everything you need for everyday life can be found in Gravedona (approx. 8 km / 15 minutes by car).
Less than 15 minutes away, in neighbouring Stazzona, Ristorante La Trave invites you to enjoy an exquisite selection of regional and Mediterranean cuisine.

The ‘nest’ itself is a modern, energy-efficient 2-storey house built using ecological timber construction methods on the foundations of a 200-year-old agricultural building. The chalet is quietly located on the edge of the forest and offers plenty of privacy.

The San Giuseppe church, which has been converted into a holiday home, is located in the neighbourhood and can also be rented.

Due to the steep stairs and hillside location, the house is only suitable for people with limited mobility to a certain extent. Small children require increased supervision.

There is a private car park for two vehicles directly next to the house.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

To be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1.50 per person/day
