The country holiday home Carlo is located about 80 metres above Colico, on the slope of the local mountain Monte Legnone and is surrounded by nature. The house has a large garden with many palm trees, which also includes a playground with table tennis, sandpit, children's pool, swing, slide and a garden shower. Not far away are a few small farms, a horse paddock and other residential houses. Due to the hillside location, you have an impressive view of the Alpine world: of Lake Como and Lago di Mezzola, of the mountain scenery with its Alpine massif, various parts of the village and the Fuentes shopping/commercial centre with helicopter pad. And with a view of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna, which can also be reached by bike in a few minutes. The double-lane bypass road is about 250 m below.
Carlo B has a beautiful garden on the lake side with partly covered terrace.

Total area approx. 92 m² - inside approx. 80 m² - outside approx. 12 m² - garden approx. 40 m² - communal garden approx. 800 m².
The Carlo holiday home is furnished in Lombardy, high quality carpentry. Warm cotto tiles and parquet flooring in the sleeping area create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

Through the small front garden with partially covered natural stone terrace you enter the living area with dining table group and double sofa bed, then on into the well-equipped kitchen.

The hallway leads into the double and twin bedroom as well as into the bathroom and to the mountain side into a food cellar (also space for bikes etc.). The bright, spacious bathroom has a shower.

The children's pool is 3.80 m x 1.50 m, 40 cm deep.
Numerous bathing possibilities with partly sandy beaches are to the north as well as to the south at Piona Bay,
unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surfing and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, wakeboard facility and electric motor boats are in and around Colico.
For those who want to save money: organise your own arrival - check in, make your own beds and save money, despite the high quality of the accommodation.
The large garden offers plenty of space for young and old to play and relax.
Great starting point for leisure activities, flat beaches for swimming, surfing/kiting, biking/mountain hiking or having fun in the nearby wakeboard facility.
The friendly landlord Carluccio speaks several foreign languages and is your ideal contact person on site.
A cosy holiday home, especially in the early and late season, as it is well insulated.
The vehicles are parked in their own parking spaces, and there is an additional garage by arrangement.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Leider ist die Wohnung dunkel und muffig. Eher eine Kellerwohnung. Nur vorne zwei große Fenster. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt kein Geschirrspüler deshaRead more..lb war sämtliches Geschirr nicht sauber. Entspricht nicht wirklich der Beschreibung. Ein Fahrradabstellplatz war trotz Ankündigung nicht vorhanden.

    Unser Vermieter war wieder unglaublich freundlich und hatte die Wohnung sehr liebevoll für uns vorbereitet - wir wurden empfagen mit Rosen und einer Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch, Kekse und Schokolade füRead more..r die Kinder.. Er ist wirklich der netteste Vermieter, den man sich nur vorstellen kann. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigen, und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Gerade der kleine Spielplatz im Garten mit Planschbecken ist super,wenn man dort mit kleinen Kindern urlaubt. Vielleicht kommen wir nächstes Jahr schon wieder. Unser Urlaub am Comer See war auch dieses Jahr wieder wunderschön,Wir haben uns in die Region richtig verliebt und waren gerade auch von Colico wieder sehr begeistert, da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort viele tolle Spielplätze vorfanden und überall, auch in Restaurants, als Familie sehr freundlich behandelt wurden. Es ist wirklich toll, wie kinderlieb die Leute dort sind.

    Es ist nett, dass sie sich erkundigen, wie es uns gefallen hat. Ich muss sagen, dass wir rundum zufrieden waren. Vorab die Reservierung hat einwandfrei geklappt, und die Beratung war wunderbar. Das DRead more..omizil Casa Carlo B hat uns super gefallen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber und auch der Vermieter Herr Masolini ist wirklich nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend war auch einfach toll. Wir waren vorher noch nie am Comer See, und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten viel unternehmen und waren mit den Informationen vor Ort und auch von Herrn Masolini sehr zufrieden. Auch dass wir mit drei Kinder unterwegs waren ist in der Region gar kein Problem, und wir haben uns überall willkommen gefühlt. Ich möchte mich gerne bei ihnen für ihre tolle Betreuung bedanken. Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Urlaub.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
