A jewel restored in eco-construction and integrated into the beautiful landscape of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve. On the outskirts of Colico, the upper end of the lake. Borgo Erbiola is perched on a rocky elevation amidst green fields, on the edge of vineyards and flowering rocky hills with a fascinating view to the south of the Colico plain and Monte Legnone (2,610 m). Consisting of four natural stone holiday homes terraced on the hillside at different heights, enjoying magnificent views from sunrise to sunset. All gardens, balconies and terraces are individually situated, choose between sun and shade, rock garden, meadow or pool terrace. Sun loungers are available by the pool as well as in your holiday flat. You live a few minutes by bike or on foot from Lake Como and the lakeside town of Colico. The valleys of Valtellina and Valchiavenna are on your doorstep!

Airy ambience and successful mix of rustic and modern. Light colours and anthracite stone floors offer a fascinating interaction, each flat has its own individual highlight. Modern kitchens.
The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the flats with attic, the standing height is partly restricted.
Each flat has its own entrance via the garden or terrace.

Flat Margherita: You enter this sweet, small flat in the granny annexe via the garden and the furnished, covered terrace. The living area, with a panoramic view of Monte Legnone and the rich nature, has a double sofa bed, dining area and kitchen.

A small hallway leads to the double bedroom, which also has access to the terrace, and the bathroom. Interesting wall structures have been adapted here to natural features and give an original "crotto" character.

The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous bathing possibilities with long, sandy beaches are approx. 1.2 km away, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surf and kite school with bike rental approx. 1.4 km away.
Borgo Erbiola-Francone is an oasis of nature for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for equestrian enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists and bikers as well as cyclists. It is so close to Lake Como that it is possible to cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.
You reach the property via a country lane alongside a stream. The vehicles are parked in private car parks below.

    Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Comer See im Borgo Erbiola. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles nötige vorhanden, wie bRead more..eschrieben. Die Anlage, der Pool und überhaut alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön gelegen. (Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist etwas abenteuerlich) Man kann wunderbar radeln, denn es ist auf der Ostseite ziemlich eben und die zwei/drei km in die Ortsmitte von Colico und zum Strand sind damit sehr zügig zu bewältigen. Der nahe gelegene Reiterhof bietet jeden Tag Ausritte an. Auch dies hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.Was allerdings zu bemerken ist, dass dort ausschließlich Familien mit Kindern waren. Für Leute, die absolut ihre Ruhe möchten, ist es nicht so empfehlenswert (in der Hauptsaison), da am Pool immer sehr viel los (und etwas lauter) war. Auch die Wohnungen (mehrstöckig) sind hellhörig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefalle

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
