The pool is solar heated and extra fenced. The toddler pool is max. 35 cm deep, solar heated.
The pool is open from Easter to mid-September depending on the weather, other times on request.
Colico has several stretches of beach, mostly shallow and partly sandy.
A paradise for all:
During the school holidays, a family domicile for all generations.
Outside the school holidays, garden lovers get their money's worth.
The owners of the domicile, three friendly brothers, two of whom speak German and English, are available on site.
Recommended from the beginning of May to the end of September and ideal in combination with or in addition to the large holiday flats - or for couples 'on the doorstep'.

The vehicles are parked in the property next to the house in illuminated parking spaces.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern dort, 12 und 13 Jahre. Die Wohnung bietet einen geniales Ausblick, Zimmerausstattung ist gut und sauber. Spüllappen und Geschirrhandtücher sind nicht vorhanden und Read more..das Geschirr und Besteck ist etwas knapp bemessen. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Viele Liegeplätze, 2 Tischtennisplatten. Der Comer See bietet tolle Ferienmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art. Colico ist touristisch noch nicht so überlaufen für uns perfekt. Der Pool ist schön groß, angenehm und das Wasser wurde regelmäßig konRead more..trolliert. Für unsere Kinder klasse. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See und die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Einziges Manko waren die fehlenden Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten (Gardinen, Rollos) im oberen Schlafzimmer, was dazu führte, dass die Sonne schon um fünf rein schien und das fehlende WLAN. Das gehört für uns in dieser Preiskategorie dazu.

    Die Ferienwohnung war die bisher schönste, sauberste und gemütlichste, die wir jemals hatten. Es sind sogar 4 Schlafzimmer! Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Garten super und der Pool wunderbar warm. Sehr vRead more..iel Platz, genügend Schränke/Regale usw. - 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten - einfach nur genial! Der Grill ist nicht so toll, aber war uns nicht so wichtig. Herr Masolini, der Vermieter, ist ein sehr lieber Mann mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen und beflissen, dass alles i. O. ist. Der Wäschetrockner entpuppte sich als Wäscheständer, aber bei 36-38 Grad hat uns das nicht gestört. Ein Bäcker oder Brötchenservice war aus Personalgründen mit dem Vertragsbäcker vor Ort nicht (mehr) möglich. Man kann sich aber sehr gut im Imperal - rechts vom Balkon aus sichtbar - mit allen Lebensmitteln eindecken, denn ein super Gefrierschrank steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Alles in allem machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub mit LaBreva

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
