The holiday home "Bella Cecilia" is beautifully situated on a picturesque hillside on the western shore of Lake Como in the district of Torre above the picturesque village of Rezzonico with its beautiful castle. The house is the middle one of a row of three houses staggered on the slope.
Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the lake as far as Bellagio and the surrounding mountains.

Experience Italian life culture unadulterated and original. relaxing and tranquil ambience with two outdoor areas:
o large terrace with plantings to the south and lake side.
o wide balcony to the lake side from the bedrooms above
o varied planted communal area on several levels - a holiday oasis.

The cottage has 3 levels connected by internal stairs with 3 double bed sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms.

The entrance is either via the single garage or via several steps in the communal garden to the terrace and living area.
Your holiday home is surrounded by meadows and other country houses with village character.
Large windows with a fantastic view of the lake, and a successful interior with a personal touch.
The landlords use the house themselves for their holidays.

Mediterranean modern ambience with cotto stone tiles.

The garden stairs lead to the garden gate with access to your partially covered garden terrace with entrance to the large living and dining room.
Integrated into the side is the modern comfort kitchen with dining area.

On the upper floor are two double bedrooms with access to the panoramic balcony an one with Air Conditioning. The bathroom has a shower.
In the granny annexe there is a small double bed (140cm) and bathroom with bathtub with access to the single garage and stairs to the living area.

Beautiful small and shallowly sloping beaches are approx. 1 - 1.5 km away below.
Sun from morning to late afternoon. Ideal also for 2 couples with/without children due to the interesting layout.
The holiday home is suitable all year round. The Danish landlords are comfortable, quality-conscious and value careful handling.
You use your holiday home yourself. There is an experienced contact person on site if needed.

The driveway to the garage from the street is only partially possible for lowered vehicles, there is good parking on the street, also for other vehicles.

San Siro: A group of 20 municipalities between Cremia and Menaggio. The most important sub-villages are Rezzonico, Acquaseria and Sant' Abbondio and are characterised by picturesque waterfront promenades, beautiful beaches and sights. Acquaseria is the main town of the municipality of San Siro with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés.

    Dieses Haus ist für 4 Personen absolut herrlich und mit einem Traumblick auf den Comer See. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Laut Beschreibung gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, dieser iRead more..st jedoch so am Hang gelegen , das er nicht nutzbar ist und somit der Erwähnung nicht bedarf. Der Schlafraum im Untergeschoss ist wenig einladend, wir würden dort nicht mit 6 Personen Urlaub machen wollen. Die Gegend hatte für uns 4 (2 Paare um die 50 J.) einen sehr hohen Erholungswert.

Von Santa Maria Rezzonico kann man täglich Ausflüge vornehmen, Menaggio liegt ca. 7 km entfernt von dort aus gibt es sehr gute Schiffsanbindungen. Als Fazit bleibt ein toller Eindruck und wir können dieses schöne Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
