At the foot of Monte Legnone nestled in gentle hills above Colico in the hamlet of Laghetto. The centre of Colico and the bay are only a few minutes away by car. Holiday flat Beata - the "lucky one" - has two bedrooms, like a house within a house due to its own outside entrance and the two panoramic terraces on three sides of the house. They overlook the bay of Piona and parts of the lake, the mountains, the pool and the surrounding meadows. A large barbecue with a beautiful pergola is at your disposal in the communal garden area. In Tuscan style, these are distributed over three houses connected by semi-circular arches, each with two to three flats. In the rural neighbourhood there are individual residential houses, small farms, pastures and meadows. A service road ends at this fine private residence.
The dual carriageway is about 150 m below.

The pool (3 x 5 metres) is open from mid-May to September (weather permitting). The lake is approx. 15-20 min. away on foot.

    Die Ferienwohnung hat einen herrlichen Ausblick den Comer Sees und die umliegenden Berge. Unsere Mahlzeiten haben wir meist auf dem Balkon eingenommen. Die FW war gut eingerichtet und in der Küche stand alles zur Verfügung. WLan ist vorhanden. Alles in allem ein schönes Domizil. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein paar Anmerkungen noch zur Wohnung: es fehlte der Wohnzimmertisch, der lt. Frau Goggia entfernt und noch nicht wieder ersetzt worden war (für uns aber kein Problem).

    Domizil war gepflegt, Ideal für Wanderer und Tagesausflügler, man hört leider leicht die Bundesstrasse. Anfrage auf eine zweites Bettlaken wurde leider verneint, da nicht mehr vorhanden. Geschirr war Read more..etwas kunterbunt zusammengewürfelt. Sonst ist die Unterkunft OK.

    Gastbewertung an LA BREVA: Besonders toll war der Pool und die schöne, große Dachterrasse. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
