The flat is located on the lake side on the 1st floor with two outdoor areas. The large sun terrace facing the pool and a wide balcony to the side facing the lake, both with marvellous panoramic lake and mountain views. The sun terrace leads into the light-flooded living and dining area, which includes a fitted kitchen to the side, a living area with a double sofa bed facing the lake and pool and access to the wide balcony with breathtaking lake views.
The sleeping area of the flat consists of a double bedroom on the lake side with balcony access and a twin bedroom on the side. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and rounds off the comfortable living ambience.
The jacuzzi is available all year round.
For an additional charge: access to the modern spa and wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish steam bath.
Two showers and a changing room are also available. Towels and soap are provided on site.
The spa area can be booked on site and paid for in cash or by credit card.
Opening hours daily from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., admission from 18 years of age.
Your vacation resort Dascio has natural access to the river mouth for swimming.
Small boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards can be stored on the lake shore, and a staircase leads into the lake.

A paradise for nature lovers and mountain and water sports enthusiasts alike. For sports equipment such as bikes, canoes and boats, there is space for storage by arrangement.
Due to the location on the lakeshore and the pool, small children require increased supervision despite the fenced property.
There is a reception in the residence.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
