The spacious bedroom with a double bed also offers access to a balcony with a view of the lake, while the second bedroom with two single beds receives plenty of natural light through a large window.
The daylight-bright bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The Paradiso apartment is decorated in traditional Lombard style: tiled floors and numerous wooden elements create a warm atmosphere and exude an authentic Italian lifestyle.
Those who want to get active in Santa Maria Rezzonico have numerous options. Thanks to its direct location on Lake Como, the main focus is on water sports: swimming, sailing, kayaking or stand-up paddling - there is something for everyone here. The lake is also ideal for leisurely boat trips, and boats can be easily hired locally.
The region also has plenty to offer off the water. The surrounding nature is perfect for long hikes. The well-signposted paths offer fantastic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Those who prefer cycling will find attractive routes for relaxed tours along the shore.
Another beautiful place for a day of swimming is Cremia, just a few kilometers away. The small village impresses with its picturesque location and quiet bays. Here you will find charming pebble beaches and hidden bathing spots that are ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The small bays along the shore, which are also popular with locals, make for an authentic experience. It is also possible to hire boats here and discover the lake from a new perspective.
Those who want to spend a day at the exclusive beach club can do so in Menaggio.

Domaso is a great place if you like sailing. It is known for its excellent conditions for water sports, especially sailing and surfing.
The town is located directly on the northern shore of Lake Como and offers a lively sailing scene with several sailing schools.
Both beginners and advanced sailors can learn to sail or improve their skills here. There are numerous sailing boats for hire and courses and tours are often offered. The winds on Lake Como are ideal for sailors, as they blow regularly and the conditions are pleasant.
