Description

The Sunrise Lodge is part of a small private natural stone settlement consisting of 8 modern, individual houses that blend authentically and picturesquely into the mountain village of Tre Terre above Pianello del Lario, approx. 200 m above sea level. It is the ground floor apartment of a three-story house.

Distance to the lake by car approx. 650 m, on foot approx. 400 m.

Stairs lead down from the parking lot to the rustic apartment. On the lake side is the open natural stone terrace with the apartment entrance, dining table, and deck chairs. The path in front of your terrace leads to other houses in the neighborhood.

The entrance to the apartment is via a side access terrace directly into the living area.

On the opposite side of the street, stairs lead up to the communal pool with outdoor showers, communal garden, and a pool house. The pool house offers a shower, sink, and toilet. Deck chairs are also available for relaxing.

This apartment is located in a quiet, green, and picturesque setting, offering a romantic retreat for those who want to combine nature and comfort.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open-plan living area. Here, the living room, dining area, and kitchen merge into a harmonious whole. The windows offer a view of the greenery and natural stone houses, allowing nature to flow directly into the loft. The ceiling height is impressive, which emphasizes the loft character and creates an airy, spacious feeling.

The kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard, making cooking fun even in a small space. In the living area, high-quality furniture, designer elements, and cozy textiles create a comfortable atmosphere.

The loft has a modern bedroom separated by cabinets, impressive ceiling design, and a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a large shower.

Above the residence is a communal pool with a garden, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The pool is located above the houses and can be reached by crossing the mountain road. A gate and stairs lead up to the pool.

Almost like an infinity pool, it offers a fantastic view and measures 12 x 5 meters—it is rarely used, as only a small number of the houses are occupied at any one time. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30, weather permitting.

There are deck chairs for relaxing. There is also a pool house with a toilet, washbasin, and shower.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long lakeside paths for walking, jogging, and cycling. Pianello has a surfing and kitesurfing school and is a great spot for water sports. There are several good restaurants and beach bars with cafés and restaurants right on the lake.

The private natural stone settlement is located on a hillside above Pianello and offers a dream location with stunning views and modern Italian rustic flair. Due to the hillside location, there are many stairs throughout the property.

Please note that due to the stairs, the apartment is only partially suitable for people with limited mobility. Children require increased supervision due to the special location and the stairs.

The Sunrise Lodge apartment is located on the middle floor of the house and can also be booked. Ideal for a vacation with friends while still enjoying privacy.

Above is a private parking space for your vehicle. Stairs lead down from the parking space to the house. Additional parking is available on the street.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Pets €10 per day
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from April to September for guests aged 14 and over
