A corridor connects the living area with the two double bedrooms with a view of the greenery and the bathroom with shower.
The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 5 people including babies and small children.
Next door is also the holiday home ‘Domus Felix’, ideal for a holiday with friends or families.
Your local contact, the landlord family, is warm and welcoming. They live nearby.
The landlord's son Nicolo is a nautical expert and has lots of tips and contacts, e.g. if you would like to hire a sailing or motor boat.
The town of San Felice del Benaco offers plenty of variety and is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Garda, ideal for exploring both sides of the lake and the famous towns in the surrounding area. The mountain lakes in the west of Lake Garda are also just a stone's throw away.
The holiday home is recommended all year round.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
