The entrance leads directly into the open-plan living and kitchen area, which faces the street. The elongated room has a semi-open-plan kitchen on the right-hand side, while the balcony is straight ahead.
In the living area there is a fold-out long table, which can be converted into a round table if required. A door on the left leads to the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. From here you can access the second bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed and another wardrobe.
The adjoining modern bathroom is bright and has a large shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
There are other lidos in the surrounding area, such as the Lido di Cadenabbia and the Lido di Lenno in Tremezzina.
Cernobbio offers numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts. The surrounding mountains invite you to go hiking and mountain biking, while the lake offers ideal conditions for water sports such as sailing and canoeing. There are also several tennis courts and fitness centres in the region.
The landlady Stefania also lives in the house. She speaks English and Italian and will be happy to help you with restaurant reservations or if you would like to hire bikes or a boat.

Charging e-cars at the residence is not permitted. The nearest public e-car charging station is approx. 300 metres away.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
