The Oasi Ulivi holiday home is situated on a slope and can be reached on the upper level via a large wrought-iron gate. The driveway leads directly to the house, where there is parking directly in front of the entrance. The entrance is located on the top level and is accessible at ground level on the mountain side, surrounded by a beautiful, plant-filled front garden.

The house has terraced outdoor areas to the left and right, from which external steps lead down to the pool and into the garden. From the living area, you can access a large balcony with panoramic views, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and offers marvellous views.

The pool is located on the middle level and can be reached both via the external staircase and the staircase inside the house. Above the pool there is another small terrace, which also offers a marvellous view. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and lounge furniture and offers impressive views of the lake and the mountains.

On the south side of the house there is an olive garden below and to the side of the ground floor, and on the ground floor there is a covered terrace with stone seating and access to the garden. Enjoy the variety of outdoor areas and the different views at any time of day or night.

Welcome to your dream holiday home Oasi Ulivi with three levels on a hillside above San Siro, which combines modern comfort and stylish furnishings with a breathtaking view of the lake.

The entrance is on the mountain side on the top level. An inviting hallway leads you directly into the spacious living room, which is characterised by a cosy sofa area, a stylish stove and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen is also located on the mountain side and offers all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. An impressive window front extends to the front towards the lake with access to a panoramic balcony. Here you will find a dining table, chairs and an awning, allowing you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Next to the front door is a small hallway with a cloakroom and a guest WC.

A staircase leads down to the middle level with pool. Two comfortable bedrooms and two splendid bathrooms await you here. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and offers both lake and mountain views. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, bidet and a corner bath, which can also be used as a shower. The second bedroom also offers a beautiful lake view and has an en suite bathroom with WC, bidet, washbasin and an open shower. From the staircase you have direct access to the pool area, which invites you to relax and unwind.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor level and offers a TV and an en suite bathroom. The large window front provides plenty of light and offers a marvellous view of the lake. A terrace with a stone table and access to the garden round off the offer.

The house impresses with its modern, comfortable and light-flooded design. High-quality furnishings, Lombardy stone floors and lovingly selected decorations give the house a special touch - with maritime elements that pick up on the seaside theme and give the house a unique atmosphere. A large 8.5 m x 3.7 m pool and an outdoor shower offer a breathtaking panorama of the lake and mountains.
The pool is open from Easter to the end of October, depending on the weather.

Along the lakeside path, beaches and numerous bathing opportunities invite you to linger. Hiking and walking enthusiasts will get their money's worth in Acquaseria: old, narrow mountain paths, the so-called mule tracks, connect the individual communities and lead through picturesque landscapes.

The outdoor areas invite you to relax and unwind while enjoying a marvellous view over Lake Como. The high-quality furnishings and decoration create a stylish atmosphere.

Ideal for families, friends and couples, the house offers the opportunity to spend a holiday together without sacrificing privacy thanks to the large number of bathrooms.

There is space for two vehicles on the fenced plot in front of the house.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen... Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, einen wunderbaren Blick (sogar vom Pool aus) und eine luxuriöse Ausstattung. Es war einfach traumhaft. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
