A marble staircase leads to the kitchen with a dining table and a modern pellet stove. The pellet stove also heats the bedrooms in the attic:

two bedrooms on the lake side; one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake.
The bathroom on the upper floor has a sink, a shower tray, a toilet, and a bidet.
The vacation home is bright overall with rustic solid wood furniture, some of which is antique, and light-colored tile floors.
Enjoy the charming Italian alleyways of the mountain village of Vezzeno and the surrounding area with its abundance of nature.
During the cold season, the house can be heated by pellet stoves, fireplaces and wood-burning stoves on the ground floor and upper floor.
There is a bike cellar, which is also ideal for storing your groceries.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
