Creatively furnished holiday flat with a lot of DIY but tasteful and high quality.

The garden-side entrance to the house leads into the hallway of the holiday flat via its own gate-protected garden entrance from the lake side.
On the seaside, the hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The spacious kitchen with dining table is located at the back in the direction of the garden, from here you can access the terrace.
From all rooms you have access to the garden.
A little extra for all music fans: There is even a piano in one of the bedrooms that you are welcome to play.

When renting both flats, there is a connecting door from the hallway to the staircase of the upper floor flat, which can be opened.

Long, shallow beach is about 70 metres away, with sports equipment rental such as surfboards, kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, electric motorboats, motorboats etc.
Other beaches in Piona Bay approx. 4 km away.

The flat is in a top location on the lake. You can reach everything on foot: beaches, Colico piazza, restaurants, bars, cafés and the train station, ideal for holidays without a car.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and play.

The landlady Silvia is accommodating and lives in the village. She has a boat and bike rental service with benefits for you.

You can access the parking space in the garden via the service road and the gate.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years onwards
- Heating according to consumption, only when used 3 € per m³

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hauses, besonders mit älteren Kindern/Jugendlichen. Alles fussläufig: Strand, surfschule, Gelaterias, Restaurants,Supermärkte, der Wochenmarkt,… Überall freundliche, hilfsbereite Leute, auch Silvia ! Der Ort Colico ist frisch und luftig und (noch) nicht überlaufen. Die Fähre und ÖV fährt überall hin. Sicher kommen wir wieder.

Tolle Immobilie an super Lage mit Bootsverleih und Veloverleih. Vermieter sehr unkompliziert. Trotzdem: Das Eingangstor war mühsam zum öffnen und schliessen. Internet war sehr langsam. Für dass es so kalt war, gab es zu dünne und zu wenige Decken.
