You occupy the ground floor and upper floor facing the arcade garden, the rear part of the property is unused. They have a large living and dining room, a piano invites you to play in the living room, a large kitchen, another separate dining room, four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower or bath.

The rooms have stone and parquet floors.

You enter the villa from the parking area via the external staircase and your private arcaded garden and enter the entrance hall with pool table. A central hallway leads south/gardenside to your dining room and large well-equipped kitchen, which in turn provides access via archway to the large salone, also accessible from the hallway.
