Villa GiardinoLago is a very special jewel and sits enthroned between Gravedona and Domaso directly on the lake. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, it is surrounded by a beautiful park with deciduous trees, conifers, palms and other Mediterranean plants. The garden park is lined with high natural stone walls that create a private atmosphere.
Enjoy the wonderful view from the large sun terrace over the lake far into the south. At the pool, in the park and on the elevated panorama terrace on the lake side, various oases of relaxation are at your disposal: Sun loungers in the sun and shade, high-quality seating groups and dining tables with lake views.
Your holiday flat has a beautiful furnished outdoor area, access is via the garden terrace. Enjoy relaxing evening hours with a view of the sea of lights over the lake. Above the property runs the lakeside road, separated by a park wall, which connects the picturesque towns of Domaso and Gravedona, which have grown together.

Modern and high-quality furnishings, light and friendly colours convey an airy atmosphere.

The entrance is on the mountain side with its own furnished garden terrace.
The holiday flat has a modern living area with dining table, sofa set and modern kitchen.

The heated pool is available from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting, and can also be used in autumn on request (weather permitting).
From the terrace with elegant sun loungers, natural stone steps and a lockable gate lead directly to the gently sloping pebble beach.

The holiday flats offer recreation on an upscale level and give you the feeling of walking through the heyday of the 19th century.
The offer is aimed at guests who attach importance to a cultivated ambience and certain privacy and who are also prepared to provide this to other guests on site.
The reserved landlord, a humorous general practitioner, is helpful and lives in the attic of the villa. The "inventory" also includes a lovely dog (only in the presence of the landlord).
Depending on the water level of the lake, the beach offers a good opportunity for ball and beach games.

A wrought-iron, remote-controlled gate leads into the villa's park, which has parking spaces for your vehicle. Due to limited parking space, additional vehicles must be approved at the time of booking. Bicycles and water sports equipment/small boats can be stored.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 1,50 € per day/person
- Heating for use, 12,00 Euro/day

Das Urlaubsdomizil hatte alle Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und die Anlage super gepflegt.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung, gute Betten. Ein Steckdosenadapter ist vorhanden. Richtung Straße ist es laut, am See sehr erholsam. Top gepflegtes Anwesen, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Tolle Lage am See mit Zugang zum Fußweg nach Domaso und Gravedona.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, der herrliche Garten und direkte Lage zum See sowie zu den nächsten Orten hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder.
