The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the flats with attic, the standing height is partly restricted.
Each flat has its own entrance via the garden or terrace.
Flat Ciclamino:
You enter the flat via the garden terrace. The living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, cosy dining table and a kitchen to the side.
You have access from here to the inviting, furnished balcony with panoramic views, which you can also access from the double bedroom. The twin room faces the garden.
It is so close to Lake Como that it is possible to cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.
There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
