The entrance to your holiday flat is exclusively via the balcony on the lake side with a wonderful view of the lake, approx. 10 steps lead from the service footpath to the balcony.
The light-flooded, open living area has a great view of the lake and the impressive mountain panorama.
There is a double sofa bed in the living area as an additional sleeping option.
The kitchen is open to the garden side with dining table set and pellet stove and to the living area.
A small hallway leads to the double and twin bedroom.
There are two bathrooms with shower.
The flat has open high roof beams with pleasant year-round temperature.
Please note access for small children and people with limited mobility.
Your contact person on site Sig'ra Nadia speaks English and some German and is open to your wishes with her family.
The friendly parents use a flat in the basement partly for their holidays.
The holiday flat is well insulated and recommended all year round.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
