The tasteful, bright furnishings are underlined by a harmonious colour scheme, warm cotto tiles with a southern flair.

Separate garden entrance with garden gate, covered terrace entrance leading into the large and bright, light-flooded living area with comfortable sofa set.

Modern equipped kitchen with dining table set to the side.

The hallway leads to the double bedroom with lake view and the beautifully designed bathroom with shower.

From Vercana, beaches and water sports are easily accessible.

This holiday flat offers plenty of space for upmarket living requirements and service amenities as well as a private atmosphere. The friendly and obliging domicile landlady Adriana welcomes you warmly. She lives in the upper part of the villa and speaks some German and French. An oasis for those seeking relaxation. Pleasant coolness in summer and cosy warmth in winter characterise this holiday home.

There is a parking space for your vehicle inside the property with a remote controlled gate.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day from 12 years to 14 days
- Heating according to consumption, only for use 20 €/day

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von Domaso. Der Blick über den See vom sehr großzügig angelegten Garten aus war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden und haben uns in dem Domizil sehr wohlgefühlt.

We had an amazing week at Casa Olive with our little son. Very comfortable apartment with a large open space, clean and complete kitchen and plenty of storage room. The garden is what really blew us away. It's safe for small children, very large lawn and a perfect sheltered space to relax. The views are awesome and even with the weather being a bit less sunny, it was still a perfect holiday in Vercana. Thank you Adriana for the great week, we hope to be back some day again!

Einfach genial ! Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Zwei Wochen, schönes Wetter und mit dem Cabrio unterwegs. Schöne Wohnung, zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet, schön dekoriert. Der Garten mit Blick auf den Comer See war der Hammer. Genauso möchte man wohnen und leben. Auch der Kontakt zu Adriana war sehr herzlich. Von hier aus auch idealer Standort für Ausflüge. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche am Comer See verbracht und konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum und Adriana sowie ihre Tochter sind unglaublich herzlich. Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Die Küche und auch die Außenküche mit Grill sind zweckmäßig gut ausgestattet. Es gibt gute und ursprüngliche Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und die sympathische Vermieterin Adriana auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben zwölf sehr schöne Urlaubstage in der Ferienwohnung "Olive" verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, der große Garten mit toller Aussicht über den Comer See hat uns sehr gefallen. Adriana und ihre beiden Töchter sind sehr charmant und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr schöne Ecke Italiens, die viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Comer See. Ausstattung, Lage wirklich bestens. Adriana und ihre Tochter sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder an den Comer See fahren, kommen wir sicher wieder hierher.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Ferienwoche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Besonders begeistert sind wir von der Lage mit dem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Nach Ausflügen in die typisch italienische Region haben wir im Garten gechillt und auch gerne gemütlich gegrillt. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine Woche mit 2 Kleinkindern in der Wohnung verbracht. Diese war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Ausblick und Garten in echt noch viel schöner. Die warmen Spätsommerabende dort zu verbringen eine unvergessliche Erinnerung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns jederzeit in unserem Bereich der Außenanlage absolut ungestört und frei bewegen. Der Pizzaofen in der Außenküche funktioniert genial. Wenige Meter entfernt gibt es eine Pizzeria und einen winzigen Laden mit Brötchen und weiteren Kleinigkeiten für den Alltag wie Milch oder Toillettenpapier. Der Parkplatz befindet sich im rundum eingezäunten Gelände. Die Vermieterin Adriana und Ihre Tochter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir danken für den schönen Aufenthalt!

So war sie auch sehr flexibel bei der Terminierung der Übergabe bei der Abreise. Die Region hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Die von Ihnen zugesandten Unterlagen sowie die Info-Mappe in der Wohnung waren für uns hilfreich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Der Comer See ist sehr schönes Reiseziel, waren von der Gegend begeistert und können uns vorstellen, dieses Ziel nochmals anzusteuern.
