Description

"La Collina" consists of two holiday homes with different sized flats and a pool bungalow. The two holiday homes are offset to the side - with a wonderful lake view.  All holiday flats have external entrances and a private outdoor area on the lake side, which convey pure holiday pleasure due to the sunny slope location. All balconies and terraces are spacious and inviting, with dining table sets and deck chairs. The names of the flats are inspired by the fruits and olives that thrive here in the mild climate.
The Mandorla flat has a large covered natural stone balcony on the lake side with a beautiful panoramic view.  
On the lake side is the communal garden with Mediterranean plants and a solar-heated pool, children's pool and children's playground equipment. Both the garden and the pool area, with its numerous places, offer all kinds of possibilities to relax and enjoy the sun and warmth. Bike workshop and bike storage, table tennis tables and table football complete the holiday ambience for family and friends. The location: above Domaso on the western shore within Vercana, a sun-drenched mountain village with wine canteens. Surrounding are vineyards, meadows, residential and holiday homes.

Modernly furnished in Italian style and equipped with terracotta or granite floors.

From almost all rooms you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.

The highlight is the large panoramic balcony, an open-air dining area, you will fall in love with this view.

The light-flooded, open living area with couch set, side modern kitchen with dining area has access to the spacious panoramic balcony.

The double room faces the lake and also has access to the balcony. The twin bedroom (beds can be put together) with pull-out bed and the bathroom, with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet are on the mountain side.

The solar and energy-heated pool and children's pool are open from Holy Week to the end of October, depending on the weather.
Both pools usually warm up a few degrees more than the outside temperature.

The headland of Domaso is below with beautiful shallow beaches and surf, kite and sailboat rental.

The dreamlike sunny location inspires all year round: panoramic views combined with cosy living flair.
Due to the hillside location, there are few, unsecured wall projections - small children require increased supervision here.

There is an information office in the residence with a German-speaking contact person.

There are parking spaces for your vehicles within the property.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only for use in the period 15 October to 15 April

Die erhöhte Lage der Ferienwohnungen ist sehr schön und der Blick über den See grandios. Der Balkon ist super. Die Wohnung ist in der Zwischenjahreszeit etwas kühl. Ansonsten praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Sofern man keine Nachbarn hat, die bis in den Morgen hinein feiern, lässt es sich prima schlafen ... Praktisch: Nur wenige Schritte oberhalb von La Collina befindet sich ein kleiner Laden, wo man sich mit dem Nötigsten eindecken kann. Nach dem Einkauf lässt sich in der angrenzenden Bar ein Aperol geniessen (3 Euro!) Bei der Ankunft fehlte das Zustellbett und der Pool war noch sehr schmutzig. Das Bett wurde später gebracht und der Pool war am Morgen zum Glück - und zur Freude der Kinder - auch sauber. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub am schönen Comersee einmal mehr genossen ...

LA BREVA Gastbewertung erhalten Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Blick ist wunderschön und der See zeigte immer ein anderes Gesicht. La Collina als Domizil war ebenfalls eine sehr gut Wahl, die Kinder haben den Pool genossen.
