You walk along a natural stone path to the entrance of your villa, a small step leads you into the entrance area, and from there into the large light-flooded living area with the gallery above. To the side is the dining room with a view of the lake and the visually separate comfortable eat-in kitchen.
To the lake side are the sleeping areas:
A double bedroom suite with shower-bath, kitchenette and living area, terrace a double and a twin bedroom with shared, large bright bathroom with round shower (multi-jet system), and bath.
From the living area, the granite staircase leads to the upper gallery with the second living and sleeping area with sloping ceilings. The granite staircase is secured with a stair gate.
The large living gallery with wardrobe leads to two twin bedrooms (1 x without daylight) and the bathroom with shower.
Surfing and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, as well as electric motor boats are in and around Colico.
If you are travelling by e-car, there is a selection of charging stations in the village of Colico.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
