In L-shape is the kitchen-living room and the dining area with dining table facing the lake.
From the living room you enter the sleeping areas via a small hallway:
- a large double bedroom with wash area
- a smaller double room
- a twin room with beds that can be put together;
bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, guest WC.
Almost all water and mountain sports can be started from here. For families with small or big children, a leisure oasis with lots of nature all around. The wind-protected sun terrace is a wonderfully warm place to sunbathe in the early and late seasons.
For holidays with friends, there is Casa Bassotta about 70 m away.
Boats brought along can be deposited and launched on the lake common property on hangers brought along or moored to the river side on the sandy beach shore or moored in the Gera Lario harbour at the jetty berth - all on request.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
