The pool holiday flat Rio Bo Stella is on the top floor of an architect's villa in the mountain village of Laghetto in a privileged residential location, nestled between meadows and individual Lombard villas and residential houses with gardens all around. The landlord couple, both professionals, live on the ground floor of the villa. With a wide view over the lake and mountains. Idyllic, almost secluded and yet only 1.5 km from the beach and the centre of the village on a gentle slope at the foothills of the impressive Monte Legnone. Sun almost all day: there are terraces around the holiday home, your private terrace with garden furniture can be found in the garden next to the staircase. Sun loungers, dining table and barbecue invite you to spend your holiday outdoors. The garden is open to the lake side with approx. 1 m wall as border, fenced to the side and to the mountain side. The exquisite and illuminated communal pool is below, with hydro-massage area and partially covered panoramic terrace with access to fitness and sauna area and billiards. This area is shared.

The pool holiday flat Rio Bo Stella presents itself in a Mediterranean combination of modern interior and spacious partially covered terraces, flooded with light and with a wonderful view.

Terraccotta tiles and parquet floors complete the ambience. You enter the flat via the external staircase entrance.

The open living area with modern and well-equipped kitchenette as well as single sofa bed has a lateral lake view. From the living area you can access the furnished balcony with mountain view. Next door is the bathroom with shower.

In the bedroom with open beams there is a large double bed with mountain view.

The pool is open from mid-April to the end of October, depending on the weather. Other times on request. By the pool are sun loungers, changing room and bathroom with shower. You can access the pool area, which is shared, via the garden. Pure relaxation also in the sauna.
The beaches of Colico are about 1.5 km away.

Aldo Palazzeschi describes the peace of this landscape in his poem "Rio Bò" - a title made for this holiday oasis. Enjoy the idyll and the Mediterranean comfort. A place to unwind and really relax after extensive cultural and/or sporting activities. The friendly landlords live on the ground floor. Due to the size of the flat, small to medium sized dogs are welcome.

There is a parking space for your vehicle in the carport, plus an outside parking space in the enclosed property with a remote-controlled gate. From the carport you can reach the attic flat via the outside staircase.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years

Sehr erholsam, die Lage war traumhaft, das Lokal Ku Damm eine sehr gute Pizzeria, hier gab es Speisen und Getränke zu überraschend günstigen Preisen.

Mit Labreva ist alles TOP gelaufen. Das appartement war oké. Sauber und nett. Leider kein airco. In der Dusch war es zu warm. Kein Teegläzer. Uberhaupt wenig Tassen. Balkon ist eigenltlich zu klein und es nach unten schleppen von 2 stuhle und 1 tisch um nicht in der sonne zu sitzen ist nicht schön. Besser ist das auch unten ein tisch und stuhlen und ein sinnenschirm sind. Das schwimbad war erste 2 Tagen nicht zu gebrauchen wegen unsauberes Wasser. Regen in den Tag davor war da für veranwortelich. Die abstand zum Dorf und Beach etwas zu gross( 2-2,5 km) Zu fuss ein ganzes stück. In der nächte bellten die Hunde. Das war sehr ärgelich/ nicht schön. Es muss berücksichtigt werden, dass die Eigentümer auch selbst Besucher empfangen und mit ihnen am Pool sitzen können. Colico und comosee sind schön. Colico kennt in vergleich mit andere Dörfer in der Umgebung, weniger Turisten. Preise in de restaurants waren oké. Billiger als in Holland.

An den See und nach Colico ist man eigentlich schnell zu Fuss, Bikes sind hier auch ideal mitzubringen. Den Pool hat man die meiste Zeit für sich alleine, da wenig benutzt. Die Vermieter sind berufstätig und selten da, liebe Leute, sprechen nur italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen ging es. Gerne wieder....
