Welcome to the holiday villa "Villa St. Anna", in an exclusive location on the hillside with a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Como and the mountains.

The property welcomes you with an imposing gate with the inscription "Villa St. Anna" with access to the underground car park. To the side of the driveway, external stairs lead up to the house, which is laid out on different levels.

Villa St. Anna offers two access options: from the underground car park via the basement flat or from the ground floor via the house entrance on the other side. A picturesque path surrounds the house and leads to its entrance.

The garden of the house extends over three levels and offers various outdoor areas that invite you to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Below is the pool area with an inviting veranda and comfortable sun loungers. On the pool level is the basement flat, on the ground floor is the large balcony with dining table and barbecue for communal meals. On the top floor, the two bedrooms on the lake side have access to the balcony and the bedroom on the mountain side has its own small roof terrace.

The holiday villa St. Anna combines a modern country house style with a spacious and light-flooded design with high-quality tiled floors and parquet flooring in the bedrooms and offers an inviting atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

As you enter the villa through the main side entrance, you are greeted directly by the living room. A large long dining table for 10 people with access to the covered balcony opens onto the lake side, while a cosy sofa area with two sofas and TV invites you to linger. The modern separate kitchen on the mountain side has a patio door and can be separated from the living room by sliding doors if required. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet are also accessible from the mountain side.

A staircase leads from the living room either to the top floor or to the basement flat. The top floor impresses with its light-flooded rooms and the open roof beams made of light-coloured wood. There are three further bedrooms here, two of which have access to the balcony and share a bathroom. A further double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and access to an outdoor terrace with lake views completes the layout of the bedrooms.
The basement flat can be accessed separately via the underground car park or via the stairs from the upper floor. Here you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace by the pool. The bedrooms are located to the right and left of the living area. Two bedrooms are accessible via a small corridor to one side with a shared bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. The modern kitchenette on the mountain side offers space for up to 12 people at the dining table and invites you to socialise. On the other side is another bedroom with its own en suite bathroom.

Next to the underground car park is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

All televisions are equipped with international channels and Netflix streaming options. For leisure activities, table tennis, table football and an exercise bike are available to provide you with unforgettable moments.

The pool faces the lake with panoramic lake and mountain views.
The pool (3 m x 8 m) is open from 16.03.-15.10. depending on the weather. Pool heating on request for an extra charge.

The lake and beach are approx. 2 km away. Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long lakeside paths as well as good water sports facilities.
The villa impresses with its spacious ambience in a modern country house style with light-flooded rooms and tiled floors. Cosy parquet flooring awaits you in the bedrooms, while the attic is invitingly designed with open roof beams made of light-coloured wood.
You can park up to 6 vehicles safely in the spacious underground car park on the fenced property.

E-car charging at the domicile is possible for up to two vehicles. There are two charging stations in the underground car park. Surcharge ,080 €/kWh. You will receive a card at check-in that charges your consumption.
