The holiday villa "Villa dei Venti Breva & Menaggino" offers luxurious accommodation for up to 12 people in a picturesque setting on the western shore of Lake Como. The villa is divided into two halves: Towards the centre of the lake the "Villa dei Venti Breva & Menaggino" and towards the upper lake the "Villa dei Venti Tivan & Fohn".

The Breva flat is suitable for up to 8 people, while the Fohn flat can accommodate an additional 4 people.

Main house flat Breva - up to max. 8 persons:
The flat has a balcony and a spacious terrace with access to the pool. The entrance is to the side via the surrounding terrace into the spacious living area, which opens onto the lake with a cosy sofa with TV and dining table with space for up to 12 people.
The open-plan modern kitchen with induction hob is located on the mountain side.
The Breva flat has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
On the main floor, facing the pool, there is a bedroom with patio doors with a double bed and a bathroom.
There are two double bedrooms on the upper floor: the first double bedroom is on the mountain side and has its own en suite bathroom with shower. It also has its own balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The second double bedroom is located on the lake side and has a separate bathroom. It also has its own balcony with an impressive panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding landscape.
In the attic studio there are two single beds, a sports bike as well as a sauna and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Granny flat Menaggio - up to max. 4 persons:
This flat offers space for additional persons and has a separate entrance via the underground car park. An external staircase leads from the terrace down to the underground car park.
A modern large living area with modern kitchenette and dining table for up to 4 people extends towards the lake. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The second double bedroom has a separate bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.

Overall, the Villa dei Venti Breva & Menaggino offers an elegant and comfortable ambience in a modern country house style, spacious rooms, terraces, balconies and a pool area that offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains.

Please note: When booking for up to 8 people, only the main part of the Breva flat is open. When using the basement flat Menaggio for less than 9 persons, the price applies from 9 persons.
