A stone staircase leads from the car park down to the house. On the right side you enter the terrace with access to the holiday flat.
The terrace has lake and mountain views. Trees provide pleasant shade.

The large communal garden extends towards the lake. Here you will find deckchairs where you can relax and enjoy the sun.

The gallery holiday flat is located in a new house in the picturesque mountain village of Montemezzo, high above Gera Lario on Lake Como. The house currently consists of two holiday flats.

You enter the holiday flat from the side via a terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains and the lake. The living room is open plan and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV.

On the same level you will also find the bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet. A staircase leads you up to the sleeping gallery, where you will find a comfortable double bed.

The flat is flooded with light and furnished in a modern style.

The holiday flat is the perfect starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como. You can go hiking in the surrounding mountains, visit the historic villages around the lake or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. After an eventful day, you can relax on the terrace and admire the sunset over the lake.

The house with its two flats is also ideal for two couples who want to spend their holidays together and still enjoy privacy.
Above the property on the street there is a parking space for your vehicle. A stone staircase leads down to the house.

Domaso: Old fishing village with picturesque alleys, long promenade, beautiful beaches and a good offer of water sports. The municipality consists of two parts separated by the Livo River. To the north is the marina, waterfront promenade, beaches with numerous sports and games facilities. To the south is the waterfront and the old fishing port. The old town hall Villa Camilla is often the centre of beautiful events for the whole family.

Consumables and services

The following costs are to be paid on the spot:
- Heating according to consumption, in the months October to April 10 € per day.
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day up to 5 days from 13 years
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
