The Lake Como holiday residence with a total of seven flats is centrally located in Colico, directly behind the piazza just 100 metres away you will find bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. The harbour invites you to take a stroll and the beaches are also within easy walking distance. The railway tracks run above, with trains running irregularly about once an hour.

The holiday residence offers a communal area with pool and sun loungers where you can relax outdoors.

There is also access to an indoor wellness area. The Lake Como residence welcomes you with a reception that is available for questions and requests. A fitness room with various sports equipment is available for your daily workout. A communal games room with games, a dartboard and table football makes for sociable evenings.

Each flat in the residence has its own small outdoor area with a dining table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. The Lecco flat, which is located on the upper floor, has a balcony.

The Lecco flat is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a large kitchen and living room, as well as a double bedroom, a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed and two modern bathrooms with washbasin, shower and WC/bidet.
From the kitchen you have access to a balcony with dining table and chairs.

The Residence Lake Como offers its guests numerous amenities for an unforgettable stay. One highlight of the residence is the 8 x 4 metre outdoor pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on warm days.

Another special highlight is the elegant wellness area, which is equipped with a variety of relaxation options. This area is characterised by its tasteful design with natural elements such as stone floors and wood, which convey an authentic Lombardy natural flair.

The facilities in the wellness area include: Sauna, steam bath, experience shower, Jacuzzi with chromotherapy, bucket shower to cool off, Turkish steam bath and a relaxation room.
You can also enjoy fresh teas while relaxing in the wellness area.

There is a bar for coffee, wine and drinks, where you can order drinks by the pool or in your flat. The bar is open from 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-19:00.

There is a long, shallow beach about 300 metres from the residence, which is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. There is a sports equipment hire service on the beach, where guests can hire surfboards, kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, bicycles, e-bikes, electric motorboats and motorboats. Further beaches are located in the bay of Piona.

The Residence Lake Como thus offers an ideal combination of relaxation, wellness and sporting activities in a beautiful setting.
Enjoy the versatile location of this residence in the heart of Colico. Whether it's wellness in your home, swimming in the pool or in the lake, everything is right on your doorstep. The residence offers an ideal base for sports and leisure activities. Leave your car behind and explore the surrounding area on foot: the harbour, restaurants, bars and beaches are within easy reach, and excursions by boat are also possible. You can start all kinds of water and mountain sports directly from the accommodation.

In Colico there are numerous hire options for boats, surfing equipment, bikes and more. This means you have every opportunity to make the most of your holiday.

The owner Andrea Bazzi and his team run the residence with charm and warmth.
You can also visit the owner's wine shop and discover an exquisite selection of wines.
There is space for vehicles in the fenced inner courtyard of the residence, which is secured with an electric gate. One parking space is available per flat. There are also public car parks within walking distance in Colico.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
