Above Colico in the pretty hamlet of Villatico. With views of the lake and the surrounding mountain scenery. Each with furnished garden and balcony areas. With many opportunities for sunbathing, cosy get-togethers or lovely barbecue evenings. In the neighbourhood are residential houses and occasional private holiday homes. The local church is about 150 m away and about 50 m from the rustico. Below the property is a rustico also for rent.

IIn a modern country house style with beautiful tiled and parquet floors.

The living/dining areas have a cosy dining table and sofa area, the comfortable fitted kitchens are equipped with good cookware and tableware.

Modern and friendly bathrooms with bathtub/shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. - Winter" flat on the ground floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and garden:
On the lake side, you enter the large living area with double sofa bed and fitted kitchen to the side via the private garden and the covered, furnished arched terrace.

On the mountain side is the double bedroom with large wall unit and small bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.
On the lake side there is another small bedroom (without wardrobe) with a French bed (approx. 1.60 m wide) separated by a curtain and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet.

An Eldorado for pool lovers and sun worshippers is the large, fenced pool with lake view, open from Holy Week to mid-October depending on the weather and shared. Other times on request. The lake, the beaches and a kitesurfing school are about 15 minutes away on foot.
Villa Quattro Stagioni and the two rustici below are ideal for enjoying privacy and benefiting from the beautiful pool and the large garden. Children will quickly make friends here and have plenty of space to play. Your friendly landlord Giovanni lives in the neighbourhood. Giovanni's wine cellar with reasonably priced wine, olive oil and cheese from the region is popular.
The holiday flats are recommended all year round.
Your vehicle is parked in the garden, entry via remote-controlled gate.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Es war alles perfekt, nur mag ich persönlich keine Souterrain Wohnungen. Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung "Winter, Nr 1".

    Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und konnten bei so viel Sonne sogar im Oktober noch den Pool nutzen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit und die Lage der Wohnung Read more..war spitze.

Die Gartenwohnung war zu dieser Zeit sehr kalt und feucht, sicher im Hochsommer die kühlste WoRead more..hnung. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir eine andere Wohnung buchen, evtl. ein Stockwerk höher.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
