Above Colico in the pretty hamlet of Villatico. With views of the lake and the surrounding mountain scenery. Each with furnished garden and balcony areas. With many opportunities for sunbathing, cosy get-togethers or lovely barbecue evenings. In the neighbourhood are residential houses and occasional private holiday homes. The local church is about 150 m away and about 50 m from the rustico. Below the property is a rustico also for rent.

Living room: Access to the dreamlike roof terrace and balcony with a view of the lake - enjoy alternating morning or evening sun. From the living area you enter into small twin bedroom, without wardrobe, with panoramic window, and the spacious double bedroom with third balcony, with pool and lake view and into the bathroom with bath/ shower enclosure.

An Eldorado for pool lovers and sun worshippers is the large, fenced pool with lake view, open from Holy Week to mid-October depending on the weather and shared. Other times on request. The lake, the beaches and a kitesurfing school are about 15 minutes away on foot.
Villa Quattro Stagioni and the two rustici below are ideal for enjoying privacy and benefiting from the beautiful pool and the large garden. Children will quickly make friends here and have plenty of space to play. Your friendly landlord family Giovanni lives in the neighbourhood. Giovanni's wine cellar with reasonably priced wine, olive oil and cheese from the region is popular. The holiday flats are recommended all year round.
Your vehicle is parked in the garden, entry via remote-controlled gate.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Sehr gute Abwicklung über LaBreva, super netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber Giovanni und Rafaela vor Ort, Wohnung absolut sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was es braucht. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhäRead more..ltnis war gut. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Lage in Colico, hätte etwas besser sein können. Unsere Kinder hatten etwas mit Heuschnupfen zu kämpfen, da ringsum die Felder gerade gemäht wurden. Aber dafür können Sie nichts. Aber das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten. Wie gesagt, insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage in Colico, hätte etwas besser sein können. Außerdem hatten wir uns Colico etwas „flacher“ vorgestellt. Ihre Internet-Seite, habe ich bereits weiter empfohlen.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
