Above Colico in the pretty hamlet of Villatico. With views of the lake and the surrounding mountain scenery. Each with furnished garden and balcony areas. With many opportunities for sunbathing, cosy get-togethers or lovely barbecue evenings. In the neighbourhood are residential houses and occasional private holiday homes. The local church is about 150 m away and about 50 m from the rustico. Below the property is a rustico also for rent.

An Eldorado for pool lovers and sun worshippers is the large, fenced pool with lake view, open from Holy Week to mid-October depending on the weather and shared. Other times on request. The lake, the beaches and a kitesurfing school are about 15 minutes away on foot.
Villa Quattro Stagioni and the two rustici below are ideal for enjoying privacy and benefiting from the beautiful pool and the large garden. Children will quickly make friends here and have plenty of space to play. Your friendly landlord family Giovanni lives in the neighbourhood. Giovanni's wine cellar with reasonably priced wine, olive oil and cheese from the region is popular. The holiday flats are recommended all year round.
Your vehicle is parked in the garden, entry via remote-controlled gate.

Colico: Former fishing village and now a lively small town at the northern end on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The centre is the large piazza with bars, cafés and restaurants directly on the harbour.

    Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ganz überwiegend gut, insbesondere hat sie eine tolle überdachte Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Allerdings war das Doppelbett im großen Schlafzimmer insbesondere auf deRead more..r rechten Seite kaum zu nutzen, weil es bei jeder Bewegung knarzende Geräusche machte. Einer von uns musste deshalb auf ein Einzelbett im kleinen Schlafzimmer ausweichen, was die Urlaubsfreude doch etwas getrübt hat.

    Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen mit Sicht auf den See und die nette Kirche von Colico / Vilatico. Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der "TischkickerRead more.." ist bei den Kindern sehr gut angekommen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
