The Piazzetta holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a charming two-storey house. Access is via a partially covered external staircase leading to a separate entrance. The house has an inner courtyard on the mountain side, which offers a relaxing atmosphere with a partial roof.

Three inviting outdoor areas are at your disposal: The cosy inner courtyard with beautiful mountain views is furnished with a dining table and sun loungers and invites you to relax outdoors. From the covered entrance balcony, you can enjoy an impressive panorama of the surrounding mountains. In addition, the balcony to the front of the house offers a relaxing place to read and unwind with limited lake and mountain views.

The house is located in a typical Italian residential area opposite a small piazza with parking spaces.

A partially covered external staircase leads to the first floor, where the separate entrance to the holiday flat is located. A small, covered balcony with table and chairs invites you to enjoy the fresh air. The bright, open entrance area leads into the living and kitchen area, which is spacious and modern in design.

The flat is divided into two areas: The bedrooms are on the lake side, while the living and kitchen area is on the mountain side. To the left of the entrance is the bright living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. To the right is the modern kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette and an inviting dining table.

From the hallway you can reach the furnished balcony facing the lake. To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom with double bed and lake view as well as a guest bathroom with washbasin, WC and washing machine. To the left is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.

The flat is characterised by its spacious, open-plan layout, modern furnishings and light-flooded atmosphere. Light-coloured stone floors emphasise the elegant and contemporary design.

The lake and beach are approx. 300 metres away.
Dongo has beautiful, shallow beaches with some sand and lots of greenery, ideal for children.
The Piazzetta Dongo holiday flat has the character of a house, as it is located on the upper floor of a two-storey building. An elderly lady lives downstairs and you will hardly notice her, so you can enjoy the peace and privacy to the full.

The flat is located in a relaxing residential area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Many amenities are within easy walking or cycling distance. A supermarket and restaurants are only about 300 metres away. The lake and shallow natural beaches can be reached on foot via Via Regina in just 700 metres.

This holiday flat is ideal for active holidaymakers who like to travel on foot, by bike, scooter of all kinds or other vehicles, plan excursions or enjoy sporting activities. The nearby lake is also ideal for water sports and boat trips, and a nearby jetty offers further leisure activities. Whether for an active break or simply to relax - here you will find the ideal combination of tranquillity and a wide range of leisure activities.
There is an inner courtyard for loading and unloading and parking is available on request. Opposite the house is a charming little Italian piazza with public parking spaces.

    neues Domizil, hell und luftig, ideal zum an See spazieren und dort zu flanieren. Wir fühlten uns wie in einem Haus, unten war nichts wahrnehmbar. schöner Rundumblick bis auf den See. Dongo hat viele Read more..kleine liebenswerte Geschäfte verteilt in der Ortschaft - authentisch. Wir waren einer der ersten Gäste, in der Küche fehlten uns Biergläser. Der Innenhof ist groß und konnten wir auch für Spiele gut nutzen.
