There are three outdoor areas: To the side, the spacious terrace with dining table. From here you enter the flat. The south-facing balcony on the lake side opens up a breathtaking view of the picturesque Mera River.
Even further up is the communal garden, which you share with the neighbours. You have a barbecue, stone table and comfortable deck chairs at your disposal to enjoy the natural scenery or have a cosy barbecue.

The Mattia flat is located on the middle level of a three-family house with separate entrances and external staircases in a beautiful panoramic hillside location.
The large access terrace leads sideways with lake view into the holiday flat directly into the living area with kitchenette, dining table and couch. To the front is the panoramic balcony with a view of the Mera, towards the nature reserve and Lake Como. To the mountain side, a small corridor leads to the double bedroom and triple bedroom and the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet. The bedrooms have a mountain view.

Directly below the house and the shore road is a bathing ladder that gives access to the river Mera.
A shore path leads towards Dascio and Lake Como. About 800 metres away you can reach the beaches of Sorico and further on also Gera Lario.
In both Dascio and Sorico you have the possibility to rent canoes and other boats and get active on the water.
In Gera Lario there is a surf school.
The location is ideal for all kinds of water and land sports against a beautiful natural backdrop.

The location of our holiday home is characterised by exceptional beauty. It is located between two wonderful lake paradises on the nature reserve that connects Lago Mezzola and Lago di Como. This environment is a paradise for nature lovers and offers an ideal setting for various outdoor activities.

In Dascio you will find two good fish restaurants offering local cuisine.
A private driveway leads up approx. 50 m to the house. Below the house is your large single garage in the basement or alternatively opposite the driveway is a large communal parking area.

Dascio: Picturesque lakeside district of Sorico on the western shore in a dreamlike location at the mouth of the lake towards the nature reserve of Lake Mezzola, with the mountain village of Albonico.
Highlights: Nature reserve oasis for relaxing and water and mountain sports, water bird watching, children's playground, boat trips, cycling/jogging/biking along the lakeside path to Sorico to Domaso and further.

- Heating for use 7 € per day
- Pet 5 € per day and dog
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
