The holiday home is located in a quiet lane, uphill is the house entrance. To the side, a path leads into the garden area with some garden and a cosy stone terrace with lounge furniture.

On the upper floor of the house there is a balcony with a great lake view and table and two chairs to relax and enjoy the view.
The cottage is located uphill and has the entrance in a charming alley. Upon entering the house, you go directly into the living area, which is located at the back. There is a spacious living room with a dining table, a sofa and a cosy fireplace.

From here, a staggered staircase leads to the kitchen, which also offers a dining table and features a fireplace.

Another staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located on the sea side. There is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms each have access to a balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake.

The bathroom upstairs has a washbasin, shower tray, WC and bidet.

The holiday home is bright overall, with wooden furniture giving it a rustic Italian feel, and light tiled floors in all rooms.

San Vito has a beautiful shallow pebble beach that is perfect for swimming and surfing. The bathing bay is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy the sun and the clear water.
The holiday home offers a fascinating and relaxing starting point, also ideal for hikers and mountain bikers.
Enjoy the charming, Italian lane flair of the mountain village of Vezzeno and the surroundings with lots of nature.
About 300 m from the holiday home there is a public car park at the end of the road. From there, a path follows over a bridge further into the mountain village of Vezzedo to the holiday home.

Cremia: Combination of several small municipalities, consisting of Vignola, Somano, Vezzedo, Samaino and directly on Lake San Vito with harbour and beach. The lakeside promenade leads to Pianello, ideal for walking, jogging and cycling.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
