The house offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the lake from the upper terrace. Access to the lake and beach is only 100 metres away and the village centre is also within easy walking distance.

The large garden invites you to relax and enjoy and let yourself be enchanted by the natural beauty of the surroundings and relax in this picturesque setting. The surrounding area is characterised by other holiday homes and residential houses as well as rivers, lakes and nature, thus offering a variety of opportunities for leisure activities.

The house is surrounded by a large garden on three sides, with access through an electric gate and a large square on the other side.
At the front of the house, in a sheltered corner, a handmade wrought iron table welcomes you for lunch and dinner in total relaxation, as well as a barbecue.

The house is surrounded on three sides by a balcony overlooking the lake, which leads onto the terrace, which serves as a solarium with deck chairs and sun loungers.

The Jacqueline holiday home with modern furnishings, light-flooded rooms and spacious living areas offers its guests a unique holiday experience.
Some of the rooms offer a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains, while you can enjoy a wonderful partial view of the lake from the upper terrace.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a high-quality whirlpool bath for maximum relaxation.

The ground floor is an open space: to the right of the entrance is the dining room with reading corner; to the left is a large kitchen with peninsula, at your disposal all the kitchen utensils useful for preparing dishes.
In the middle rises the spiral staircase that leads to the upper floor.
Continue to the living room with a three-seater sofa with peninsula and 55-inch TV.
On this floor is the bathroom with hydro-massage shower and the bedroom with direct access to the garden.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, relaxation room, the bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out) and sofa.
The house is surrounded on three sides by a balcony with lake view.

The cottage has open interior stairs, please supervise small children.
The cottage is also well suited for low season and winter, there is central heating and from 15 October onwards underfloor heating on request.

The lake and beach are about 100 metres away.
Dongo has beautiful, shallow beaches with partly sand, lots of green, ideal also with children.
Experience an exclusive holiday in the Jacqueline holiday home with stylish and modern furnishings. The large windows and light-flooded rooms create a pleasant atmosphere. The landlords are extremely accommodating and speak German, English and Italian. The location is ideal for a holiday on Lake Como in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few steps to the centre of Dongo.
One of the main beaches of the village is 100 metres away. In five minutes on foot you can reach the bakery, a little further the supermarket.

The stairs require increased supervision with children.
The holiday home has a garage right next to the house for convenient arrival and safe parking.
