On 3 levels you have a wonderful view through many doors to the lake side.
Villa with stylish natural wood and partly antique furniture.
Floors in wood and Lombardy cotto tiles.

On the ground floor is the living and dining area with adjoining kitchen with access to the lake-side and east-facing balcony.
From the living area you enter the bright conservatory with a view of the lake and the outdoor area.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the twin bedroom are lake-side.
A double bedroom to the garden side.
A bathroom with bath
Baby cot can be added in the double bedroom.

Downstairs in the granny annexe there is another seaside twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath.
Chill out lounge area with pool table and satellite TV.
The attic is locked and not for use.

The pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather.
The lake is about 800 m away. Shallow beaches can be found between Santa Maria, Acquaseria and Rezzonico.

Due to its location - close to the centre of the lake - the holiday villa offers numerous possibilities for entertaining excursions, shopping and restaurant visits.
Well-known villas such as Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta or Villa Balbianello are in the immediate vicinity.
The popular Menaggio Cadenabbia golf course is only about 20 minutes away.

There is a parking space for 3 vehicles inside the property with a remote-controlled gate.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Sehr guter Empfang durch die Verwalterin Iolanda, malerische und recht seenahe Lage, topgepflegt und zuverlässiger Service, das dem Vermieter gehörende Bootsmuseum in der Nachbarschaft mit schönen Events war ein Highlight. Gerne wieder

Bei dieser Villa handelt es sich um ein herausragendes Domizil und um das beste Domizil, das wir am Comer See jemals bewohnen durften. Ausstattung Küche sehr gut, Reinigungsservice hervorragend, Betreuung durch Frau Daniela herzlich professionell, Atmosphäre charmant, neuer Pool (Achtung Bild nicht mehr aktuell) ist nahezu perfekt (3 Kinder im Alter zwischen 3 und 4 Jahren haben komplett die Angst vor dem Wasser verloren und mit dem Schwimmen begonnen). Drei Möglichkeiten zum Essen: Tisch in der Küche, Tisch im Wintergarten und Tisch auf der Terrasse. Schlafzimmer und Bäder charmant eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet. Besser geht es kaum.

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit einem großen Garten und vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszuruhen und den Blick auf den See zu genießen. Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Frau Daniela stand uns immer mit Rat zur Verfügung und hat sich toll gekümmert. Wir haben auf dem Fragebogen vermerkt, was uns gefehlt hat (kleines scharfes Messer und ein Soßenlöffel) eine Gartendusche wäre auch klasse, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.
