- On arrival on Saturday evening, the customer will find a welcome dinner in buffet form.
Consisting of lasagne bolognese, mixed salads, caprese, prosciutto with melon, dessert,
as well as bread and fresh fruit.

- Personal concierge reception with tour and drinks briefing. No other staff are present on this evening.

- Welcome drinks package in the fridge, consisting of: 1 liter of milk, 2 bottles of sparkling water and 2 bottles of still water, 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of juice, 1/2 bottle of Prosecco.

- There is a wine cellar in the villa where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are stored. On departure, the remaining stock is counted and collected on site.

- Guest relations available throughout your stay in the villa. Highly

- Welcome drink and fresh flowers
- Buffet “Welcome Dinner” on arrival (up to 20 people)
- Cooking service for dinner only, with suggestions (drinks only not included). The chef also buys all the necessary food. The chef is at the guests' disposal during their entire stay in the villa. -- Daily continental breakfast (bread, jam, butter, tea, milk, coffee, orange juice, croissant, cereal, cheese, ham)
- Unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection
- Daily housekeeping service: 3 ladies in the morning (except Sunday)
- Daily change of towels (except Sunday) and twice weekly change of bed linen
- Twice weekly change of pool towels
- Final cleaning
- Bath products (not tested on animals) - daily replenishment
- Normal consumption of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating and cooking gas
- Pool heating (from mid-May to mid-September)

The following costs can be booked and are payable on site:
- Additional housekeeping: € 20 per hour/per employee (€ 24 per hour
/per employee on Sundays and public holidays)
- Extra bed (maximum 2): € 500 per bed / per week
- Swimming pool heating: Jan 01 - May 16 and Sep 13 - Dec 31: €5 per hour (to reach the minimum water temperature of
24/25°C, it is necessary to switch on the heating 36 hours before the arrival of the guests in mild weather. In colder weather, the minimum heating time required is 72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, at least 12 hours of heating per day is required to maintain the temperature)
- Personal laundry service: 20 € per hour
- Butler service: 400 € per day
- Transfer to/from the airport
