There is no access to the kitchen.
Breakfast is included - a typical Italian hot and cold breakfast buffet with coffee is offered.
There is a drinks fridge, you can get drinks here at any time (payment on departure), on request you can book a cook with evening menu or they will be happy to help you with restaurant reservations.
The garden has an infinitiy pool (5x10 m) with sun loungers. Pool/beach towels are available.
The lake and the beaches are about 2.6 km away. In Cernobbio, the Lido di Cernobbio is recommended, which is known as an exclusive beach area. Alternatively, there are also beautiful beaches in the neighbouring village of Moltrasio.
Workshops and leisure activities with friends or family can be organised on request.
Popular destinations near the villa include the town of Cernobbio, Villa d'Este and the famous Gatto Nero restaurant.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
