From the garages and car park, stairs lead up to the garden with a large terrace, dining table and lounge area.
There are two entrances: via the terrace to the ground floor kitchen or from the upper garden via the external staircase to the attic with a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, dining table, fireplace and sofa corner has two large panoramic windows overlooking the lake, offering fantastic views and plenty of light. The furnishings are modern yet cosy and the décor is well thought out. The kitchen with kitchen island is very well equipped, and there is a large dining table in the middle of the room. The living area has a large sofa, bookshelf and television.
Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with washbasin, WC/bidet and shower. Stairs lead up from the living area to the bedrooms.
Upstairs, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms – the master double bedroom with a large panoramic window and lake view, another double bedroom, a single bedroom and a large bathroom with washbasin, toilet/bidet and bathtub with shower. A separate entrance from the hallway leads to the upper part of the garden.
Above the house is the panoramic conservatory, fully glazed, with a bar, sports equipment, lounge furniture and dining set.
The high-tech furnishings have been thought out down to the last detail.
The conservatory is a real highlight and invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together in any weather.
The stairs to the winter garden require increased supervision for small children.
There is a charging station for electric cars, which you can use for an additional charge of €0.50/kWh.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
