From the panoramic terrace you enter the large living area with double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, dining table set, pellet stove and modern well-equipped open kitchen.
The spacious living area covers the entire first floor and has access to the large lake view terrace. A stone staircase with wrought iron banister brings you to the sleeping area upstairs: a double bedroom with walk-in closet, which is accessed by stairs to the attic, and a twin bedroom. Also on the upper floor is the modern bathroom with shower.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
