The bright and spacious villa holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a two-storey house and has a separate entrance, accessible via a side external staircase.

You enter the flat directly into the open-plan living area, which impresses with its harmonious design and plenty of natural light. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining table and a living area with a comfortable sofa and TV.

From here, you have access to a spacious, covered veranda that extends across the entire width of the house and offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and the well-tended garden.

On the uphill side of the flat, a corridor leads to the private rooms. The flat offers two cosy double bedrooms and a spacious quadruple room with two bunk beds - ideal for families or groups.
