The open-plan living area facing the lake is the heart of the apartment. It seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area and living room, creating a spacious, inviting atmosphere. The open-plan design promotes a sense of community and makes it possible to enjoy the view of the lake from the living area too. The shower room has a modern design and is fitted with high-quality fittings and elegant tiles. It offers comfort and functionality at the highest level, ideal for everyday use.
The terrace invites you to linger outside. Here you can enjoy relaxing hours and admire the view of the lake. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, cozy evenings or simply relaxing with a view of nature.
Trezzone is an ideal starting point for hikes to Montemezzo mountain, Alpe Piana or beautiful walks along the shore,
For culture and leisure lovers, there are various restaurants, cafés and small stores nearby that offer local specialties and handmade products. Events, markets and festivals also take place here regularly and offer the opportunity to get to know the Italian neighborhood and experience the regional culture.
There are also tennis courts and golf courses in the area, while families with children will find playgrounds and amusement parks that provide fun and variety.
Boat trips: In some parts, you can also take small boat trips to explore the water areas from the water.
As a nature reserve, the Reserva Pian di Spagna helps to preserve biodiversity and maintain the ecological balance in the region. It is a place that has a lot to offer nature lovers, photographers and nature enthusiasts alike.
The friendly landlady lives in the neighbourhood and is happy to answer any questions or cater to individual requests.
There is storage space in the garage for bicycles and sports equipment.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
