The Acero Rosso holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a charming apartment building above Bellagio and offers a breathtaking view of the ‘Golden Lake Triangle’ with Lake Como and its arms in Como and Lecco.

The house is quietly located at the top of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by a fenced garden with a large gate. The landlords live on the ground floor, as do two other holiday flats.

Steps lead up to the private garden area of Acero Rosso, nestled between olive trees and Mediterranean plants. The entrance to the flat is at the back of the house. A covered veranda with a furnished terrace - equipped with a dining table, parasol and sun loungers - invites you to linger.

A special highlight is the large panoramic balcony of the living room at the front, which offers a spectacular view as far as the tip of Bellagio - perfect for enjoying the beauty of the lake to the full.

The cosy bedrooms face the ‘Como arm’ and each have a small balcony.

You enter the holiday flat at the back of the house on the mountain side via the covered veranda directly into the bright, spacious kitchen. The flat is simply and stylishly furnished and boasts light-flooded rooms with charming Lombardy wooden furniture.

The spacious kitchen has a large kitchen unit and a cosy dining table. It flows seamlessly into the spacious living room, which is furnished with another dining table, a comfortable sofa area and a TV. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Bellagio through the large windows.

A corridor connects the living room with the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are three bedrooms to the side: a double room, a twin room and a further twin room with an additional cot - ideal for families.

The large bathroom impresses with a marvellous view, a spacious washbasin with two washbasins, a bathtub, WC and bidet. In addition, there is another small bathroom with WC and bidet as well as a separate bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Here you will experience comfort, cosiness and a very beautiful view - the place for relaxing days on Lake Como!

There are shallow beaches with gravel about 1 - 2 kilometres away on the Como and Lecco arms of the lake. These can also be easily reached by bike in 10 minutes or on foot in 15-20 minutes for those who like to run.

Enjoy the peace and quiet and the fantastic view over the golden triangle of lakes as far as Bellagio. The spacious terrace and garden invite you to relax. Bellagio can be easily reached on foot or by bike - close enough for excursions, but away from the hustle and bustle.

The location is ideal for boat trips around the entire lake.

Your friendly landlords, an elderly couple, speak English and Italian and live discreetly on the ground floor and will be happy to spoil you with a home-cooked pasta dinner on your first evening.

The road up to the house ends in a cul-de-sac at the house. There is space to park 2-3 vehicles in front of the gate and on the fenced plot.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Tourist tax 3 € per person/day from 12 years
- Heating according to consumption

waren rundum zufrieden, ganz kurzfristig gebucht. herrlich ruhig und tolle Wege zu Fuß auf der Halbinsel.

sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolle Lage, ruhig und doch recht nah zu Bellagio und dem See. die große Sonnenterrasse ist ein Traum.

Die Unterkunft liegt ein wenig außerhalb des Trubels von Bellagio, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist klasse, da das Haus auf einer Anhöhe liegt und die Wohnung somit eine tolle Aussicht auf den See bietet. Franca und Alberto sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Am Abend unserer Ankunft hatten sie für uns gekocht und somit gab es Nudeln und Gemüse und zum Nachtisch ein selbst gemachtes Tiramisu. Die Wohnung war zwar nicht modern eingerichtet aber das hat die Lage, die Größe des Apartments und vor allem die Gastfreundschaft von Alberto und Franca aufgefangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
