The villa is situated above Menaggio approx. 200 m above the lake level on the western shore, above the hamlet of Croce with picturesque views of the lake and the mountains, golf course approx. 200 m away. preferred residential and villa location. 
Flexible size: The villa has two living levels with separate entrances- main part is upstairs with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces and balconies and direct access to the garden, incl. flat on the ground floor with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. On this level is the garden with Jacuzzi and dining table group for 10 persons and sun loungers with sun protection. The villa is only rented together, or the lower flat remains unused. Easily accessible by car. You reach the main entrance of the villa via several steps. In the winter months you can enjoy the tingling warmth of an open fireplace (secured by glass) in the main flat upstairs. Mediterranean plantings frame the romantic garden with its natural stone walls. In the neighbourhood are other villas, country houses and garden parks. The villa offers plenty of space to play and relax.

Main part 1 upstairs - up to max. 6 persons:
With outside staircase and large balcony/terrace to the south-east side and garden access.
Spacious living area, seaward the couch area with open fireplace. On the garden side is the high-quality kitchen with dining table for 10 people. 2 double bedrooms on the garden side, each with bathroom with shower and access to the balcony. 1 double room with bathroom with shower and access to the balcony on the lake side.

Flat (ground floor) with separate entrance for 7-10 persons:
With paved outdoor area and play facilities. Lakeside living area and modern kitchen with dining area. 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, 1 x sea-side, 1 x mountain-side. Extra bed possible in both living areas.

Please note: If you share the ground floor flat with less than 6 people, the price is for 8 people or more.

Jacuzzi with lake view and lighting for 6 persons. The lake is approx. 2.5 km away.
Pool and beach "Lido di Menaggio "at the lake.
Tip: Park Teresio Olivello in Tremezzo - with bistro, and sanitary facilities. mobile deckchairs in the villa.
Outside the village, other beaches and the lake Lago di Piano with beautiful beaches, reachable on foot or by bike.

Interesting all year round due to the inspiring location and the proximity to Lugano, Menaggio, Varenna and Bellagio.
In Menaggio, the legendary Lido with large pools and restaurant. Ideal for golfers (beginners as well as advanced) due to the proximity of the golf course.

There is space for three vehicles on the property. One garage space and two parking spaces.
There is a charging station (wallbox) for electric cars, which you can use for an additional charge. Per car for two weeks 50 €, each additional week 25 €. You will be given a chip for activation on site.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €3 per person/day from 13 years of age
- Whirlpool use October - March €50 per stay
- Electric car charging station (wall box) when used €50 per stay up to 14 days, €25 per additional week

Villa Ambra ist ein wunderschön und ruhig gelegenes Haus und sehr empfehlenswert für eine Großfamilie mit Hund. Der Garten ist ideal für Kinder und lädt zum entspannen mit Blick auf den Comer See ein. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet, die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge rund um den Comer See.

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu acht gemietet (4 Erwachsene und 4 kleine Kinder). Der Check-in und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld waren problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und hell und war für uns und die Kinder zum Austoben optimal. Auch der Garten mit Blick auf den Comer See (gekrönt vom Whirlpool) war sehr schön . Von der Unerkunft aus lassen sich (nach kurzer Autofahrt) schöne Wanderungen und die Erkundung des Ortes Menaggio und des Sees starten. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Ambra. Das Haus ist geräumig und ideal für große Gruppen. Es ist in zwei voll möblierte Wohnungen unterteilt, was schön ist, wenn ein Teil der Gruppe manchmal etwas mehr Privatsphäre haben möchte. Wir hatten alle unsere Mahlzeiten in der Küche/im Essbereich in der Wohnung im Obergeschoss, die sehr gut ausgestattet war und alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Die Aussicht vom Garten aus ist absolut fantastisch und der Whirlpool war ein sehr schöner Genuss. Die Lage ist auch großartig, 10 Minuten vom Dorf Menaggio und der Fährhaltestelle entfernt, um den Rest der Wunder des Comer Sees zu erkunden, und nur 30 Minuten von Lugano entfernt. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz - drinnen und draußen. Sehr gut geeignet für große Gruppen mit zwei voll ausgestatteten Wohnungen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Garten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen Riesenspaß für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt! Perfekt, um mit dem Auto anzureisen, genug Platz für 3+ Autos. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Hang. Den Whirlpool haben wir täglich genutzt. Stefania war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

sehr zufrieden - alles rundum gut. Haus topeingerichtet. Abwicklung und Service sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit LA BREVA als auch vor Ort die Hausverwalterin, erstmals Comer See, Blick vom Haus und auch die Gartenanlage in guter Erinnerung. Gute Eindrücke auch als Bootsfahrer bekommen.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war praktisch maßgeschneidert für uns. Alles neu und ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Ihre Ansprechperson vor Ort, Stefania, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Problem mit dem nicht funktionierenden Internet in den ersten 2 Tagen, war dann am 3. Tag gelöst. Sie war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und hat sich gekümmert. Verbesserungsvorschläge zum Haus habe ich keine

Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit den drei Bädern dh. Schlafraum ein zu geordnetes Bad überdurchschnittlich gut im Wohnkomfort. Umfeld wie Garten mit Jacuzzi, Liegen usw. ergänzen die Wohnung als sehr empfehlenswert.
